Charles Poloquin has an interesting blog on getting the most out of Crossfit. Not being a full-blown Crossfitter, I'm not entirely qualified to comment on the article, but a lot of his points seem valid and sensible.

A neat preview for a movie called the 9th Weapon, which is apparently being filmed at Sityodtong in Pattaya. Nice little interview with Kru Toy as part of it.
