Interesting article by Dan John. I'm not sure what I think about the specific training protocol he outlines (I'd have to experiment with it to find out). However, the basic advice I really like.
If It's Important, Do It Every Day. If It's Not Important, Don't Do It At All.
How much would your training change if you followed that simple advice? I think I could probably apply that principle to my own training, with some pretty fantastic results.
